Service and Support
• Ogawa Warranties are valid in Canada, you are protected from the time you purchase your product.
• Our technical support team will assist with any questions about your Ogawa product.
• When requesting warranty support we may ask for the serial number and dated proof of purchase (sales receipt). If you cannot find the serial number or reciept, contact us and we can help you locate the information.
• Many Ogawa product repairs may be performed by the consumer in their own home with parts and instructions supplied by Ogawa, such as remote control replacement, which wont require a technician.
• Field Service – We will diagnose the situation over the phone, and schedule an authorized service provider to come to your home and fix the chair.
• Field service is guaranteed in major metropolitan areas in Canada.
• Parts necessary for repair will be shipped to you at no charge by the Ogawa service department.
• Non-warranty repair is available on a “per incident” basis. Ogawa customer service will help verify what is malfunctioning, and provide the best instructions for repair.
Replacement Parts and Services Availability Disclosure
• Availability: Partial.
• During the warranty period, replacement parts are provided at no cost under the warranty conditions above.
• After warranty, replacement parts may be purchased subject to stock availability.
• During the warranty period, repairs are provided at no cost, and guaranteed in major metropolitan areas.
